This two-story, 4,500 sq ft bungalow in Vijayawada is a full-throttle modern home with traditional touches. With a leap towards luxury, this home is styled, focusing on the family’s lifestyle. In this luxe villa, Dr. Neelakanta, a dermatologist, her husband, their two kids, along with their grandparents, reside in this luxe villa.

With a design that ages well, this home and its spatial treatment are immersive. The brief focused on the creation of expansive spaces with a simple stylistic narrative. To achieve a meld of function, warmth, and simplicity, a neutral colour theme was picked. Pops of colour are introduced based on who interacts with the space the most. From grey undertones to browns, each room creates its own palette.
