Payment Policy
Overview
A project refers to a home design undertaking for a single home. Multiple orders can be placed for a single project — for example, one order for modular products and a separate one for on-site custom works, furniture, or décor. Payments are processed at the order level, and payments for different orders can be clubbed together within a single project.
Payment Schedule — Modular Order

Book your interior project with Aertsen by paying a booking fee of 10% of the tentative quote in the Proposal/Pitch stage. The booking fee is adjusted against future orders.
Once the design phase is complete, raise the sales order to start Modular furniture production by paying 50% of the Final Modular quote. The initial booking amount is adjusted at this milestone.
Amount to pay at Sales Order: ₹11.5L (50%) – ₹2L (booking) = ₹9.5 Lakhs
Once the site is cleared and approved by the Project Manager, pay the remaining 50% of the Modular value to initiate dispatch from warehouse.

Same as Modular — 10% of tentative quote, adjusted against future orders.
Pay 50% of the Custom works quote to begin floor covering and Phase 1 on-site. Booking amount is adjusted here.
Amount due: ₹4L – ₹1L = ₹3 Lakhs
On completion of Phase 1, pay 25% of the Custom works quote to begin Phase 2.
On completion of Phase 2, pay the remaining 25% to begin Phase 3 & 4.

Place an order for Furniture, Appliances, or Décor by paying 50% of the order value.
Once the site is approved by the Project Manager, pay the remaining 50% to initiate dispatch from warehouse.
Payment Modes Accepted
Aertsen accepts all major payment methods available in India. Certain instruments may attract additional fees charged by the facilitating banking institutions.
- Digital Payment Gateway – Paytm (UPI, Debit cards, Net-banking only; Credit cards not accepted)
- NEFT / RTGS
- Cheque – drawn in favour of "NIRMAAN INTERIORS PROJECTS PVT LTD"
- POS Machine – In-Store Payment (all major credit cards, UPI, Debit cards)
- Cash – In-Store (up to ₹2 Lakhs per project; PAN mandatory above ₹49,000)
POS Debit/Credit Card fee: 2.75% + 18% GST on that fee.
Warehouse Storage Policy
All modular furniture units are made to order. Clients are strongly recommended to accept delivery within 7 working days after production to prevent damage during storage.
Key Terms
- Accept delivery within 7 working days of production.
- Modular panels must be installed within 15 days of production to prevent warpage.
- Failure to accept delivery within 7 working days voids warranty coverage for warpage or bends from extended storage.
- Storage charges are levied if delivery is not accepted within 15 working days of intimation.
