Accentuating modern deluxe
An opulent design comprises of neat lines, complementing colors and right usage of negative and positive spaces. At Mr. Karthik's residence, Aertsen Living has made sure everything is given the right concept thinking and creative approach. His 3BHK home has been adorned with modern features and color blocking.
The living room is the leading example of how the placement of the right textures can make the room look a beautiful oasis.
This space is a result of how right calculative designing can accentuate every feature of the room. Starting with the textured wall with curved rectangular patterns that matches the aesthetic of the sofa. The burgundy accent chair has added the right amount of color blocking to enrich features of the room. Circular wall artifacts with color pop up have been added to complement the textured wall. The symmetry of horizontal lines with the installation of pendant light and straight lights on the ceiling is equally distributing warm and cool lighting. A similar pattern has been established near the T.V. console with an addition of tropical design.
Swiftly moving into the dining area by the partition of a deluxe light makes the room well symmetrical.
the monochrome dining area sets the atmosphere for a comfortable meal without any distractions. The timeless combination of brown and beige paints perfectly echoes the colors of the dining table, resulting in a cohesive and elegant dining space.
One of the highlights of this projects is the use of different materials to make this home more personal and deluxe for Mr. Karthik. The puja room is one of the most sacred spaces in the house and it is our responsibility to make it look as auspicious as possible. For Mr. Karthik, the designer chose to insert sandwiched glass cane to elevate the essence of the puja room. Inside the puja room is a beige floral patterned wall which is made out of fabricated glass.

Contemporary Grandeur, Nature's Embrace
The kids bedroom is a bliss to the human eye as it has fun patterns and colors to make it fun for a child's wandering brain. The designer has used curved patterns instead of sharp lines, both on the wall and the cupboards to make the room look modern and comfortable. There is also space for a working desk which is comprises a monotone white table and chair complementing the color palette of the room that comprises soothing blue and beige colors.
