1. Payment Methods

The payment link for online transactions will be shared with our customers through a secured payment gateway. We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, and Digital Wallets.

*Please note that all the transactions made using the Payment Gateway will attract a convenience fee of 2% which is charged by respective banks and shall be borne by the customer.
**Convenience fee is not charged for online transactions made using NEFT/RTGS or wire transfer.

Offline

1. Cheque – All payments made using cheques must be drawn in favor of “NIRMAAN INTERIORS PROJECTS PRIVATE LTD”.
2. Cash payments can be made via cash mode.

2.Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund terms & conditions

We at Aertsen, believe in making every project a beautiful journey and we thrive on delivering on this promise. However, if you change your mind post making the booking payment and wish to proceed with the cancellation, Aertsen will offer a refund as per the terms mentioned below.

1. You can cancel the project anytime from the date of the booking to the date of the final sales order is raised.
2. As the project moves into the production phase after making the sales order, Aertsen will not accept any cancellation requests or offer refunds.
2.1. 100% refund for cancellation requests made within 3 working days from the booking date will be processed as Aertsen Store Credits.
2.2. 50% refund for cancellation requests made between the 4th working day from the initial booking date to the design sign-off document is shared with the customer will be processed as Aertsen Store Credits.
2.3. No refund for cancellation requests made after sharing the design sign-off document with the customer.

Aertsen Store Credits can be used when purchasing loose furniture, appliances, décor items etc. from our vast catalog of curated products. Please note that any discounts offered while booking the project will not be applicable on the purchase made using Store Credits.

3.Warranty Policy

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Aertsen takes pride in its product and service quality, each product is made at our state-of-the-art factories under skilled supervision with utmost love & care. All Aertsen products are covered under warranty for complete peace of mind. Please read below to know more about the process for warranty claim and detailed terms & conditions.

1. Customers can register a complaint regarding any warranty related issues by calling us at +91040 4189 5555 or by writing to us at care@aertsen.in.
2. Customers must possess a digital or physical proof of duly-signed hand-over document to claim warranty on Aertsen products.
3. All warranty claims will be attended by our expert service team within 72 working hours of complaint registration.
4. All warranty claims will be settled either by repairing the damaged product to its original condition or replacing the product in-case of non-feasibility for repair.
5. All decisions in regards to repair or replacement of products under warranty claims will be made by the expert service team at its sole discretion.
6. Repair(s) and replacement(s) are subject to product availability. Any discontinued products will be replaced with a similar product in value and style subject to the availability at the time of claim.
7. Damage from natural wear and tear, improper maintenance, wrong handling, and negligence in use is not covered under Aertsen Warranty.
8. Aertsen reserves the right to alter specifications keeping with its policy of continuous product evaluation and improvement.

1(A) Modular Kitchens - Warranty Terms and Conditions

i. Warranty is covered against all manufacturing and installation defects.
ii.Carcass and Shutters across the Aertsen Modular Kitchen range are covered under a 10-year warranty against moisture and termite damage.
iii. All fixtures including hinges, drawer systems, lift-up systems*, runner systems, pullouts, corner units across the Aertsen Modular Kitchen range are covered under a 10-year warranty against functional damage and a 5-year warranty for damage against the surface finish. *Electronic Servo drives in lift-up systems are covered under a 5-year warranty against functional damage.
iv. All handles including Gola profiles across the Aertsen Modular Kitchen range are covered under a 5-year warranty against functional damage
v. All accessories in the kitchen are covered under a 5-year warranty against functional damage.

1(B) Modular Wardrobes - Warranty Terms and Conditions

i.Warranty is covered against all manufacturing and installation defects.
ii. Carcass and Shutters across the Aertsen Modular Wardrobe & Storage range are covered under a 10-year warranty against moisture and termite damage.
iii. All fixtures including hinges, runner systems, sliding systems across Aertsen Modular Wardrobe & Storage range are covered under a 10-year warranty against functional damage and a 5-year warranty for damage against the surface finish.
iv. All handles including Gola profiles across Aertsen Modular Wardrobe & Storage Range are covered under a 5-year warranty for damage against the surface finish.
v. All accessories across Wardrobe & Storage are covered under a 5-year warranty against functional damage.

1(C) Aertsen Furniture - Warranty Terms and Conditions

i. Warranty is covered against all manufacturing and installation defects.
ii. Solid timber and engineered wood make products across the Aertsen Furniture Range are covered under a 2-year warranty against moisture and termite damage.
iii. Cushion and Spring systems across the Aertsen Furniture range are covered under a 2-year warranty against sagging.
iv. The upholstery of any kind including fabric, leather, leatherette, are not covered under warranty – Any issues found during delivery with respect to damage in the upholstery must be informed to the Aertsen team under 3 days from the date of delivery.
v. Hydraulic systems in beds across the Aertsen Furniture range are covered under a 1-year Warranty against functional damage.

1(D) On-Site Services - Warranty Terms and Conditions

i. All service-related jobs carried-out by the Aertsen team including civil works, gypsum ceilings, painting, on-site carpentry, electrical, and plumbing will be covered under a 6 months warranty against service only- Any issues found in the craftsmanship of the job done must be informed to the Aertsen team before the project handover for immediate rectification.
ii. All third-party equipment used in the service-related scope of works will carry respective brand warranties.

1(E) Third-Party Appliances, Furniture & Decor - Warranty Terms and Conditions

i. All third-party appliances, furniture, décor, and other miscellaneous items sold by Aertsen will carry respective brand warranties and installation, repair, replacement & warranty related services regarding the same will also be provided by the respective brands. Aertsen is in no way liable for the warranty of third-party brands.
