5. The Flat 15% + Flat 50 % discount is not applicable on custom works – that include civil work, plumbing, onsite woodwork, mirrors, lighting, curtains, wall décor, and home automation.
6. The Flat 15% + Flat 50 % discount is applicable on the following:
