Located in the prominent commercial and residential area of Kondapur, the 3BHK home in Aparna Serene Park celebrates its proximity to all luxuries of the city and the lush vegetation surrounding the 1,350 sq. ft. home. Mr. Krishna Karthik, the homeowner, coveted the natural beauty of Kondapur ingrained in his own home. Hence a glimmering essence of nature can be found sneaking along the corners of each room.

The home opens its doors to a drawing room embellished with a neutral colour palette, and wall beadings. Meanwhile, the room is furnished with a modern L-Shaped sofa, a minimalistic coffee table and a brown bench. On the opposite wall, a TV is mounted on an accent wall ornate with marble cladding and fluted wooden paneling. Mounted on the same wall, a floating console table features several drawers.

Following the drawing room, the space transitions into a small dining area featuring a wooden table surrounded by beige dining chairs. This area then transitions into a living room housing an olive sofa pushed to the wall and a minimal wooden coffee table. The room also houses another small seating area featuring a small round table with gold trims and a couple of wooden chairs on either side. Reminiscent of 19th-century Madhubani artwork, the neutral blank walls of this room are ornate with paintings of herbivores.

Beyond the room, the balcony is separated from the room via a glass sliding door covered with beige curtains and white blinds. Layered with brick-patterned wooden floors, featuring wicker chairs and several plants in the space, the balcony is a charming retreat.

Moving on to the kitchen, the modular kitchen features an L-Shaped layout along with a tall pantry unit on the right side of the room. Decked up with the latest technology, the kitchen features appliances from top-of-the-line brands like Miele, Asko and Bosch. But the list of features doesn’t end there! Veosys hinges from Hettich, pull-out racks from Hi-Gold, concealed wall brackets and much more can be found in the kitchen. These features help the kitchen elevate one's cooking experience and make accessing everything easier than ever.

Nostalgic Bedrooms

Drenched in minimalism, the bedrooms have a hint of nostalgic aura. While the furniture remains minimal, the décor depicts Indian mid-19th-century art. This is especially prevalent in the master bedroom which has a bed in the middle of the room that features a brown plush headboard and bed frame. On its right, a modular sliding wardrobe has tinted glass doors with gold profiles. On the opposite side of the bed, a console table is pushed to the wall decorated with china paintings. The other two smaller bedrooms follow a similar design style but differ in terms of colour palette and furniture layout.
